Wild Rice Stuffing

Ingredients

                1/2 cupWild Rice
 - 
                1/4 cupRaisins, seedless
 - 
                1 tblsCanola Oil
 - 
                5 medOnions
 - 
                1/2 cupCelery
 - 
                1 cupCranberries
 - 
                1 tblsOrange Peel
 - 
                1/2 tspGround Thyme
 
Directions
1. Put the wild rice in a saucepan.2. Add 1 cup water and raisins. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour, or until the rice is tender. Drain.
3. In a skillet, heat oil. Add the onions and celery. Saute until tender.
4. Add the cranberries, orange rind, thyme, and rice. Mix thoroughly and serve warm.
