Seasoned Beef with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb 
    Beef Flank, Lean
  • 1/4 cup 
    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, bleached
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Table Salt
  • 1/4 tsp 
    Black Pepper
  • 2 med 
    Onions
  • 1 tbls 
    KRAFT Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp 
    Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp 
    Molasses
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Ground Ginger
  • 1 cup 
    Water
  • 1 cup 
    Sour Cream
  • 2 tbls 
    Horseradish
  • 1 tbls 
    Olive Oil

Directions

1. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Cut round steak into cubes. Toss meat cubes with flour mixture. Place in a skillet and brown with oil. Put in crock pot, add sliced onions, worcestershire sauce, curry, molasses, ginger, and water.

2. Cover and slow cook for 6 hours. Just before serving, add sour cream mixed with horseradish.
